russia threatens to withdraw from grain agreement

russia has sent the UN a list of requirements, in case of non-compliance with which it threatens to withdraw from the agreement on grain exports from the Black Sea, which expires in November. Gennady Gatilov, russia's permanent representative to the UN in Geneva, said.
